HELP DESK

What would you
like to know?

Still unsure? Send us the details you have and we’ll take it from there.

Ask about a project
Can I send a file for a print quote?

Yes. You can start with STL, STEP/STP, 3MF or OBJ. We’ll review the model and may ask for dimensions or more details about its intended use.

What if I only have an idea or a sketch?

That’s enough to start a design enquiry. Explain what you need the part to do and attach a sketch, render or reference if you have one.

Will I get an instant online price?

No. Custom projects are quoted after review so the price reflects the model, size, quantity, material and finishing needs.

Can you make a functional or replacement part?

Tell us what the part does and what it needs to fit. We’ll assess whether the project is suitable and discuss the requirements before quoting.

What file types can I attach?

The enquiry form accepts one STL, STEP, STP, 3MF, OBJ, PDF, PNG, JPG or JPEG file. The current form limit is 7 MB; for larger files, send the details first and we can arrange another way to receive it.

Can I order multiple copies?

Yes. Include the required quantity in your enquiry so it can be considered in the quote.

How long will my project take?

Timing depends on the design, material, quantity and current workload. We’ll discuss an estimate when reviewing your brief.

Where do you ship?

Shipping options and costs are confirmed with each order. Tell us your delivery location when you enquire.

Can you visit my site to discuss a project?

We’re local to Noosa on the Sunshine Coast. For suitable nearby projects, an on-site consultation may be arranged. Tell us your suburb; we’ll confirm availability, scope and any travel cost before booking. Remote discussions are also available.

Can you work from an existing object?

Photos, measurements and the object itself can help define a design brief. Tell us what needs to be copied, changed or fitted and we will assess the best starting point.

Will I receive the design files?

Design deliverables and any file handoff are agreed in the project scope before work starts. Include this requirement in your enquiry.

What if my design is confidential?

Send a description of the project first and ask about a suitable file transfer method before sharing confidential material.
